Shop Policy

Our Right to Cancel Order

  • While we make ever effort to ensure that the product listings and prices are accurate typos do occur. As such, we reserve the right cancel an order for any reason. In the event that we cancel an order do to an inaccurate listing a full refund will be provided.

Your Right To Cancel Order

  • Pre-made items may be canceled before they are shipped. In the event that an item is canceled before it is shipped a refund of the total cost minus 3% will be provided. The 3% covers the payment processing fee which is not refunded by Paypal.
  • Custom orders are not refundable once production starts. If a canceling is requested prior to the start of production then a refund of the total cost minus 3% will be provided. The 3% covers the payment processing fee which is not refunded by Paypal. Custom orders include, but are not limited to, any item that is personalized via engraving, wood, paint, style, etc. If you are unsure, contact us before placing an order.

Shipping

  • Items shipped to address in the United States ship for free.
  • Items shipped internationally will be required to pay shipping. Please contact us before ordering so we can provide the shipping cost, failure to do so will result in an order cancellation. If we cancel an order do to incomplete and/or inaccurate shipping information a refund of the total cost minus 5% will be provided.
